How It Works
Six simple steps from idea to delivery.
1. Choose Style
Pick 6‑panel, 7‑panel, trucker, curved, flat bill, bucket, visor and more.
2. Select Fabrics
Default Chino Twill or upgrade to suede, leather, acrylic, mesh splits, etc.
3. Add Your Logos
Embroidery, 3D embroidery, rubber/leather/woven patches, screen or sublimation.
4. Confirm Details
Profile, structure, closure, stitching, size—your preferences or our defaults.
5. Approve & Produce
Approve visuals; we manufacture with consistent QA at tiered pricing.
6. Ship & Deliver
Express parcel for all sizes; air/sea freight options for very large orders.

Crisp, durable stitching. Great for most logos.
3D Embroidery
Raised detail for a premium look.
Leather Patch

Sublimation
Full‑color, high‑resolution prints, including under‑bill.

Hang tags, stickers, inside labels, polybags, and custom packaging.
